Banana Kabob Appetizers

3 large medium-ripe bananas, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
16 (4-inch) wooden or metal kabob skewers
16 medium fresh strawberries, hulled
2/3 cup bottled honey mustard dressing, raspberry-walnut vinaigrette, or blue cheese dressing

Toss banana slices in lemon juice; drain. Thread skewers alternately with banana chunks and pineapple, ending with a strawberry on the end of each skewer. Arrange kabobs on platter. Serve with crock of prepared dressing for dipping.

Dessert variation: Prepare fruit skewers as directed. Serve with crock of bottled chocolate or caramel ice cream topping in place of bottled salad dressing. Makes 8 servings.
