Beer Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
16 oz. sour cream
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix for dips—not the one for dressings
8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 to 8 oz. beer

Mix cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Mix in packet of Hidden Valley Ranch to cream cheese mixture. Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese and beer. Mix well. Chill until time to serve. Serve with pretzels.
