In a food processor, purée Cottage
cheese until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl. Stir in
remaining ingredients; mix well. More cream may be added
for a thinner dip. Chill 2 hours or more to allow flavors
to blend. Serve chilled with vegetables, chips or crackers.
Serves 32.
Note: Flavor will intensify
over time. For stronger Blue cheese flavor, prepare dip
1 to 2 days prior to serving
