Fried Dill Pickles
8 dill pickles
1-1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup beer |
2 tsp. garlic salt
1-1/4 Tbsp. paprika
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
1-1/4 Tbsp. cayenne pepper ....

Cut dill pickles in slices as thick as a
silver dollar. Mix together remaining ingredients to form
a batter. Dip pickle slices in batter and quickly fry in grease
at 375 degrees F. until pickles float to the top, about 4
min.
