Jalapeno Pepper Appetizers
12 jalapeno peppers
1 -1/4 cups milk
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese spread
1 or 2 eggs
2 cups dry Jiffy biscuit baking mix
14 oz. cooking oil for small fryer |
Blend baking mix, milk, and eggs. Refrigerate
6-8 hours. Remove stems and seeds from peppers; fill with
Cheddar spread. Place peppers on skewers. Dip in batter. Fry
until golden brown. Place peppers on absorbent paper to cool.
