Pretzel Salad

3/4 cup margarine, melted
2 cups crushed pretzels
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 small carton frozen non-dairy whipped topping
1 cup sugar
2 pkgs. (small, 3 oz. each) strawberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, partially thawed

Combine pretzels, melted margarine, and 3 Tbsp. sugar to make a crust in a 9x11-inch pan. Cool. Mix softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Blend in whipped topping. Spread on crust. Combine gelatin and water. Add strawberries. Cool until partially set. Pour over cream cheese layer. Serves 6–8.
