Savory Salsa

1 (6 oz.) pkg. blackberries, chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. blueberries, chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberries, chopped
1 medium onion, diced

2 medium roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped fine
2 whole jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped (optional)
1 tsp. salt

Place all of the above into a large bowl and blend together. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so the flavors can develop. Yields 2 cups. Use within 2 days. Sweet, yet savory salsa can be used use with fish, chicken, or a dip on a chip.
