Charlie’s Chunky Chili
Makes 6 servings

1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs. ground beef
1 chunky chopped onion (large)
3 chunky chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup chili powder

4 Tbsp. Italian dressing
1 cup water
1 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. basil
1 Tbsp. black pepper

In large skillet cook ground beef in golf-ball sized chunks, drain. In 5-quart crockpot mix ground beef chunks with all other ingredients and cook on low for 4.5 hours. Serve topped with cheese
