Brown the ground chuck. Add all ingredients—curry
to taste (start with ¼ tsp.), more tomato juice and
salt if desired. If you’re not sure if you like curry,
combine all ingredients and sample the soup in a separate
cup with just a dash of curry before adding it to the entire
batch. You can always add a small amount of chili powder
instead if you find you do not care for curry.
