B’s Ground Beef Chili
3 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium-sized green pepper, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 medium-sized yellow pepper, chopped 2-16 oz. cans kidney
beans
1 medium-sized red pepper, chopped
1-29 oz. can tomato puree
1-14.5 oz. can tomatoes, diced, undrained
2 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
1-2 cups water |
1/4 cup chili powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. dried basil
2 Tsp. dried cumin
2 tsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder or 2 tsp. cream of roasted garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate shaved
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cook beef, onion, peppers and celery over
medium heat until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
Stir in beans, tomato puree, tomatoes, crushed bouillon
cubes, seasonings. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
