Wild Card Chili Makes 6 servings
1 lb. chopped beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1-16 oz. can red beans 1-16 oz. can refried beans 1-8 oz. can tomato sauce 1 cup water 3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. molasses 1 tsp. chopped hot red peppers 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. cayenne
Brown beef with onions in a Dutch oven; pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
