5 Minute Key Lime Pie
Kathy Hutchison, Middleton

1/4 cup water
1 pkg. Sugar-Free Lime Jello
12 oz. fat-free key lime yogurt
8 oz. Cool Whip Free
1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust

Heat water until boiling. Whisk into gelatin until dissolved. Whisk together gelatin mixture and yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread into crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
