   Apple Cream Pie
Laurie Falash, Friendship

4 cups tart apples, peeled and sliced
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Ground cinnamon

   Place apples in pie crust. Combine sugar, cream, and flour. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake for 35–40 minutes. Cover edges with tinfoil for the last 15 minutes. Cool, cover, and refrigerate.
