Apple Crisp
Debbie Vine, Clark Electric Member

Crust
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and save 1 cup for topping. Press crust into a 9-x13-inch pan. Peel and cut 6–8 apples. Put into crust.

Topping
1 cup water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch

Boil topping ingredients until thick. Pour over apples. Top with 1 cup of reserved crumbs. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
