Chocolate Banana Blast
1 cup lowfat chocolate milk
1 small peeled frozen banana*, cut into chunks
1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup |
Place all ingredients in a blender container.
Cover and blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Makes
about 1-2/3 cups.
*To freeze bananas, remove
peel and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in resealable freezer
bags until ready to use.
