|1 (6 oz.) pkg. blueberries
1 (6 oz.) pkg. package blackberries
1 (6 oz.) pkg. package raspberries
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
|2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (12 oz.) pkg. prepared refrigerator biscuits
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
In a large bowl, coat the berries with the
sugar and cornstarch. Pour into a 9x13x2-inch baking dish.
Coat the prepared biscuits with the sugar and cinnamon. Place
on top of the berries in a single layer. Berries may show
between the biscuits. Bake at 375° for 35–40 minutes
or until the biscuits are golden brown and the berries are
bubbling. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream (optional).
Yields 8 servings.
