Berry Sauce
1 (6 oz.) pkg. blackberries
1 (6 oz.) pkg. blueberries
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberries
1 cup superfine sugar
2 Tbsp. honey |

Place the berries into a large bowl and with
a fork, slightly crush them. Add the sugar and honey. Stir
until well coated. Place into the refrigerator for at least
2 hours so the flavors can develop. Use within 1 day. Yields
2 cups. This sauce has many uses. You can heat it up and place
it on ice cream or serve it over pound cake.
