Mandarin Orange Better Than ? Cake
Caroline Kamps, Brodhead

1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup milk
11 oz. can mandarin oranges (drain and reserve juice)
8 or 12 oz. Cool Whip
1 large or 2 small pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)

Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, milk, drained mandarin oranges, and bake at 350 degrees for 25–30 minutes. Cool cake. Mix together Cool whip, instant pudding, reserved mandarin juice, and drained crushed pineapple. Whip until stiff. Frost cooled cake. Note: This can be made as 2 round 8-inch cakes or a 9 x 13-inch cake.
