   Blueberry Buckle
Mary King, Chippewa Falls

2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 cups well-drained blueberries

Topping
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup soft butter

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a square pan. Blend all ingredients (except topping). Beat vigorously for 30 seconds and pour batter into baking pan. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over batter in the pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
