Chocolate Cake
1 cup sour milk
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 cup hot water |
2 cups flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
Pinch of salt |
Put first six ingredients into blender. Blend
about 20 seconds. Sift remaining ingredients together, then
add blended liquid. Bake in a 13x9-in. cake pan about 25 min.
at 350 degrees F.
