1 cup milk chocolate
8 oz. Wisconsin Mascarpone or cream cheese, room temperature
24 small chocolate shell cups or small frozen phyllo
dough cups, thawed
Whipped whipping cream, decorative sprinkles, or maraschino
cherries for garnish.
Melt chocolate chips; cool slightly. Mix
with cheese at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Pipe mixture into chocolate cups, top with garnish, and
chill. Makes 24 servings.
