Cream Cheese Mints

| 1 lb. powdered sugar
3 oz. softened cream cheese
Flavoring of your choice
Paste food coloring
White granulated sugar

Mash the cream cheese and add the powdered
sugar gradually until the candy mixture becomes like a stiff
pie dough. If you are using more than one color and/or flavoring,
separate the candy mixture into individual bowls. Add flavoring
(approximately 1/2 tsp.) and the paste coloring a little at
a time until you reach the desired shade you want. Roll into
small balls; roll the balls in granulated sugar; press into
candy mold. Unmold immediately. If the candy sticks in the
mold, add more powdered sugar to the mixture. Makes about
60 candies. Candies freeze well.
