Easy Strawberry Cake
Marianne Severson, West Allis

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 pkg. frozen strawberries (could use fresh strawberries)
Frosting:
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 package frozen or fresh strawberries, cut into pieces

Combine white cake mix, Jello, oil, flour, eggs, and water. Beat well. Add strawberries. Bake in a 9-x13-inch pan for 350 degrees for up to 55 minutes. Mix powdered sugar and butter/margarine until fluffy. Add strawberries. Add Cool Whip if mixture is too thick. Spread on cake.
