1 bag of Oreos (finely crushed)
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Almond bark (white and/or chocolate)
Mix well all ingredients except almond bark and chill until firm (about an hour). Form into balls and chill for another hour. Melt almond bark and dip balls into bark. Place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet. Chill until set.
Variations: Instead of Oreos, try Nutter Butter cookies, Mint Oreos, or Vanilla cookies.
