Pizza

18 ounce pkg. refrigerated cookie
dough
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Fresh blueberries
Strawberry halves
Kiwis, sliced
Grapes (or any other fruit you want)
1/2 cup orange or apricot preserves
1 Tbsp. water |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line
ungreased 14-inch pizza pan with cookie dough cut into 1/8-inch
slices, overlapping slightly. Bake 12 minutes or until golden
brown. Remove from oven and cool on rack. In medium bowl, combine
cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and spread over cookie crust.
Arrange fruit on top any way you want. In a saucepan over low
heat, make a glaze with water and preserves. Brush over fruit
and refrigerate until ready to serve. Note: This does not keep
well, so plan to use it up!
