Triple Fudge Chocolate Cake

1 pkg. devil’s food cake mix*
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding*
1/2–3/4 cup chocolate chips |
Mix the eggs and add the other ingredients
until well-blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Grease and lightly
flour a Bundt pan. Pour mixture evenly into pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 50–55 minutes or until a tooth pick stuck
into the center comes out clean. Cool and frost (recipe below).
Note: *It doesn’t matter if the cake
mix has pudding in it or not. Please use the instant chocolate
pudding even if the cake mix has pudding in it or not.
Frosting:
3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. milk
1 cup chocolate chips |
This can be done on the stove
or in the microwave. Bring the above ingredients to a boil,
remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until all the
chips are melted. Spread on cake.
