Graham Cracker Bars 1

30 graham cracker squares, crushed
2-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. peanut butter |
Mix crushed graham crackers,
marshmallows, coconut, and walnuts together. In a separate
pan, add butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla. Heat until melted;
keep stirring then add this mixture to the graham cracker/marshmallow
mixture. Place in buttered pan. Melt topping ingredients and
spread on top of your bars. Refrigerate.
