1/2 cup
sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, well-beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Cream sugar and oil; add milk,
gradually, then add well-beaten egg and vanilla. Add dry
ingredients. For better results, set in refrigerator for
an hour before you roll out dough. Bake at 350 degrees for
8-10 minutes.
