   Jellied Coffee and Cream
Judith Kohn, Wautoma

2 cups water, divided
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1-1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 oz. whiskey

Pour 1/2 cup cold water in saucepan. Sprinkle in gelatin; then add 1-1/2 cups hot water. Dissolve gelatin over heat. Add remaining ingredients; stir until blended. Pour into dessert dishes. Chill until firm and cold. Serve with a dab of Cool Whip and a drizzle of Irish Crème.
