Mayonnaise Cake

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. vanilla
4 or 5 Tbsp. baking cocoa |
Mix all at once and pour into
a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Takes about
35–40 minutes to bake; test every now and then until
done. Note: It is a very moist chocolate cake and stays
that way for quite a while.
