No-Bake Cookies
1/2 lb. dates, cut fine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter |
Pinch salt
2 heaping cups Rice Krispies
Coconut

Boil the dates, sugar, and butter until quite thick; stir
so does not burn. Cool a little and mix in two heaping cups
of Rice Krispies. Shape into balls and roll in coconut. Put
on wax paper to cool.
