Oreo Torte
Marie Karow, Hartford

9 oz. Oreo cookies
1/2 cup butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 boxes (3 oz. each) instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Crush Oreos and add butter. Press into a 9”x13” pan. Save some mixture for topping. Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar with mixer and then add Cool Whip. Put part of cream cheese/Cool Whip mixture on top of cookie crust and refrigerate. Mix instant pudding with milk. Spread pudding mixture on top of cream cheese mixture and then top with the rest of the cream cheese/Cool Whip mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cookie mixture. Enjoy!
