Chocolate Peanut Butter Clusters
Ruby Pinter, Marshfield

1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
6 cups Cheerios

Place corn syrup, chocolate chips, and sugar in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until bubbles break the surface. Remove from heat; add peanut butter. Mix until smooth. Stir in Cheerios until evenly coated. Drop by the teaspoonful onto waxed paper, forming clusters or spread in a greased or sprayed 9-x13-inch pan. Cool.
