Easy Pumpkin Muffins

2 medium eggs.
3 cups flour.
1 cup brown sugar.
1 cup milk.
1 cup 100-percent pure pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce.
2 Tbsp. granulated white sugar.
4 tsp. baking powder.
1 tsp. salt.
1 tsp. cinnamon.
1 tsp. nutmeg.
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice.
1/4 tsp. cloves.
1/4 tsp. allspice.
1/4 tsp. ginger.

Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin tins with nonstick spray. Fill tins almost to top with mixture. Bake at 325°F for about 25 minutes. Makes about 15 muffins.
