Rhubarb Butter Crunch
Manette Flouro, Nekoosa

3 cups rhubarb, cut
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1-1/2 cup flour
1 cup butter

Mix rhubarb, sugar, and flour; place in a greased 6-x10-inch baking pan. Mix brown sugar, oatmeal, and flour together; cut in butter. Sprinkle mixture over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
