Rhubarb Crisp
Carol Richter, Freeport, Ill.

5–6 cups cut-up rhubarb or combination of apples and rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter

Mix rhubarb (apple), white sugar, flour, and egg; spread into a greased casserole dish. Mix together brown sugar, flour, and butter. Crumble on top. Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
