Rhubarb Crunch
Manette Flouro, Nekoosa

2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup melted butter
4–5 cups diced rhubarb

Mix first 5 ingredients together and put half of mixture into a 9-x13-inch pan. Cover with rhubarb. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40–45 minutes.

Cook’s note: You may use 1 cup strawberries in place of 1 cup rhubarb.
