Rhubarb Jam
Jina Dosemagen, Kenosha

5 cups rhubarb (packed)
2-1/2 to 3 cups sugar
1 lb. orange slice candy

Wash and cut rhubarb into small pieces. Mix rhubarb with sugar. Let stand for several hours or overnight in glass bowl. Boil together for 12 minutes or until rhubarb is soft. Add orange candy cut up fine and boil 5 minutes or until candy is dissolved. Pour into jelly glasses and seal or let cool a little and pour into plastic containers to refrigerate or freeze. Makes about 9 cups jam.
