Rhubarb Pie

3 cups rhubarb
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell |
Wash and dice rhubarb. Mix together flour and sugar to make crumbs. Put half of crumbs in pie crust; add rhubarb. Top with remaining crumbs. Pour evaporated milk over all. Bake at 350 degrees until rhubarb is soft.
