Ricotta Balls (Donuts)

2 cups Presto flour
5 eggs
15 oz. container ricotta cheese
Vegetable oil for frying
Powdered sugar

Mix ingredients together. In a large, deep frying pan, heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil. Dip a large spoon in the hot oil, then in batter. Cut a small amount of batter into hot oil with a knife. The batter will form as soon as it is dropped into the oil. As soon as golden brown, take out with metal slotted spoon and drain onto paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
