Sour Cream Raisin Pie 2
Virginia Richmond, Granton

1 cup raisins, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream

Mix raisins, sour cream, sugar, eggs, spices, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook until it thickens; stirring constantly. Add butter and cool completely. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Whip cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread half of the mixture into a baked 9-inch pie shell. Add raisin mixture and top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Enjoy.
