Sour Cream Raisin Pie
Michele Ziegeweid, Arcadia

1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 cup raisins, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
Dash of salt
Pie crusts (top and bottom of pie)

Mix all ingredients (except pie crusts) and place in double crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake 30–40 minutes more.
