Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 lb. fresh strawberries (about 1 qt.), trimmed and halved
1 ripe banana, cut into pieces
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 pkg. (6 oz.) silken soft tofu
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Be sure to use silken tofu in this creamy drink that's loaded with vitamin C and potassium. Use calcium fortified juice and tofu for a high calcium jolt, too. Makes 4 cups.
