Three Berry Mousse
2 pints heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. blackberries, slightly crushed
1 (6 oz.) pkg. blueberries, slightly crushed
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberries, slightly crushed
Whip the cream with the sugar to a firm
peak. Divide into three bowls. Fold each of the berries into
each bowl separately. Place the blackberry mixture into six
stemmed glasses, and then layer the blueberry mixture and
then the raspberry mixture. Top with a few simple berries.
Serve with a few butter cookies. Yields 6 servings.
