Tri-Berry Shake

2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1/2 small ripe banana, sliced
2 Tbsp. honey
1 cup ice cubes
Mint sprigs for garnish

Combine strawberries, milk, blueberries, raspberries, banana, honey, and ice cubes in blender; purée until smooth. Garnish with mint. Makes 2 servings.
