 Unbaked Bars

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups miniature colored marshmallows
Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. cream or milk
5 Tbsp. butter, melted
Vanilla

   Combine all ingredients except for the marshmallows and boil for 10 minutes. Line buttered 13x9x2-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Spread mixture on top of crackers in pan. Place another layer of graham crackers on top of filling. Let cool slightly and then add marshmallows on the top while still warm. Mix frosting ingredients and frost bars; store in refrigerator.
