Velvet Breakfast Pudding

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
Melt butter and add flour. Stir well over
low heat. Add milk all at once stirring continuously. Cook
a few minutes. Add sugar, pinch of salt, and cinnamon to taste.
Good as is or with thick cream.
