Buttermilk Pancakes
Online Submission

1 cup whole wheat flour**
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mild honey
3 Tbsp. oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 large eggs

Mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, stir mild honey into the oil. Then add 1 cup buttermilk and 2 large eggs; beat well. Mix flour into liquids until flour is just moistened. Bake on an ungreased or lightly greased griddle. Serve hot.

**Variation: Substitute 1/2 cup each sifted brown rice flour and oat flour in place of the whole wheat flour.
