|3/4 lb. cooked Peppered Pork Roast,
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 loaf focaccia, 8 to 10-in. round
Toss lettuce with dressing and cheese,
set aside. Slice focaccia horizontally; cut into 4 wedges.
Layer pork and then lettuce on focaccia bottoms. Place focaccia
tops over lettuce. Serves 4.
