Canned Meat Sandwich Spread

1 pint canned beef or venison 1 small pkg. big bologna 1 small onion 2 hard-boiled eggs Sweet pickle relish and juice (to taste) Miracle Whip (to taste)

Grind all meat, onion, and hard-boiled eggs together; add sweet pickle relish and Miracle Whip to thin out and hold together. You can also add sweet pickle juice if you want it sweeter. This has been a family favorite for 40 years.
